Changelog: tramaj-cli-rs

Release history of tramaj-cli-rs, the standalone Rust command-line interface over tramaj-rs. Releases happen when there are major changes rather than on a schedule; each entry below is one version. Every implementation has its own page like this one, and each page is tagged so the site builds one Atom feed per implementation: #changelog #rust #tramaj-cli-rs

The 0.2.0 entry has breaking changes to numbers: Migrating to integers and floats says what to do about each.

tramaj-cli-rs 0.2.02026-10-09

Follows tramaj-rs 0.2.0 to language v5: two number types, arithmetic, sorting and number formatting. On crates.io.

  • changed Breaking: numbers keep their type through the context and the output: `3` is an integer and `3.0` a float, and a whole-valued float is written with its fraction. An integer outside the signed 64-bit range is refused.
  • added `evaluate --arithmetic` turns the arithmetic profile on for the run. Without it, an error names the flag when the program references an arithmetic builtin.
  • added `analyze arithmetic` lists the arithmetic builtins a program and its libraries reference; `analyze all` carries the list under `arithmetic`.
  • added `sort-by`, `sort-by-descending` and `format-number` (decisions section 20) evaluate in every run, with no flag. `round` is the tenth arithmetic name: it needs `--arithmetic`, and `analyze arithmetic` reports it.

tramaj-cli-rs 0.1.02026-10-01

Rust port of tramaj-cli's Main.purs over the tramaj-rs crate.

  • added Template + JSON context evaluation and the `analyze` subcommands, as a single static binary.
